We do our best to assist wherever possible. We cannot predict issues or delays with the courier or transport company in advance. However, we take the necessary steps and contact the carrier to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. However, you must inform us of the damage within 24 hours after delivery via email, including photos of the product and packaging. You can always send this to info@lightandshade.be - Delay
If a manufacturer informs us of a delay, we will try to let you know as soon as possible. If the delay is too long, you can always cancel your order.

Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.

We are happy to cover return costs when we have delivered the wrong item. In that case, we will send you a return label via email. Please wait for our return label before sending the item back.
